  Dreadful service, waited 15-20 minut s for a coffee and warmed banana bread, coffee stone cold when ordered extra hot and didn't see m marshmallows at all, took my coffee back for remaking, waited another 10 minutes when a staff asked me what I was waiting for, she came back and couldn't find any thing for me, she asked me if I wanted to see manager, I told her not to bother and left without any coffee. The store needs to visit the Aspley store, where you get service and exactly what you order.

  Terrible experience twice in a matter of 2 weeks. The signage was blamed both times for incorrect pricing and I wasn't told of the price discrepancy . Second experience they forgot a portion of my purchase so I rang to tell them to advise and she cut me off multiple times. Rude and over priced. I'll never go back.

  Not sure if it was the owner who served me this morning, but regardless he was super polite and helpful. Also the cake was delicious. Gluten free but no way you could tell. They also keep the gluten free wrapped up to stop cross contamination! Super impressed. ^.^
